Association of National Advertisers/Marketing Management Analytic Marketing
Accountability Study, conducted by research company Guideline Inc. in July among
more than 200 B-to-B and B-to-C marketers, which found that fewer than a third of
the respondents are satisfied with their organization's ability to gain agreement on
marketing ROI, measure marketing ROI or react quickly to marketing ROI data. These
latest findings also confirm the February results from the 7th Annual IEG /
Performance Research Sponsorship Decision-makers Survey of sponsorship professionals
that found a disappointingly higher number of sponsors than ever before - 24 percent
- saying they did not know how their ROI was trending.
